Katarina’s background is in Learning & Development, Human Resources and Organisational Development.

 

During her career, she was involved in multiple organisational restructures, organisational change management, and leadership & culture development strategies. As a result, she has a deep understanding of people-centric best practices, authentic leadership and behavioural change on an individual and team level.

Her hands-on experience in employment law, people strategies and change management gives her an in-depth awareness of leadership challenges and dilemmas. She is London based and works across the UK and Central Europe.
